I'm Almost ThereOkay it's fewer than 2 weeks into our brand new year and I've slowly gotten up and running on my resolutions. My targets this coming year are to get rid of fifteen pounds and also to finish a triathlon, thank goodness both work together. I have already been working out an awful lot recently and I've noticed that the body weight doesn't come off as easy as before due to the fact I have turned 33. Until now my training routine has been simply jogging, swimming, as well as on those days when I do not have much time I do cardio as well as resistance training at the health club. The triathlon is going to be this summer so as the days progress I will steadily extend my workout sessions which will incorporate a one mile swim, a 6 mile run, and then to top everything off a 25 mile bicycle ride to Hanauma Bay. In terms of my eating habits, that can use a bit of improvement. I understand the best way to diet I merely find it hard to find the opportunity to fix my meals. Beginning Thursday I will start eating 5 small dishes per day and complement them with smoothies and also wheatgrass shots because of the wheatgrass juicer I acquired for the holiday season.
